3 good things

1.  I got a migraine today.  I haven’t had one in years.  The good thing is that I had the time and space to lay down and rest in the middle of the day.  I took care of myself with relaxation and EFT and felt a lot better.

2.  My dog, Huxley, did not lunge aggressively at the three large standard poodles we encountered on our walk today.  Huxley is still a pup and has lately been lunging aggressively at other dogs on our walks.  Like the rest of us, he can be a little full of himself sometimes.

3.  My husband just brought me a piece of dove dark chocolate.

Thanks so much for inspiring me to notice the good things. Until I get another venue (real soon) I hope you don’t mind me commenting here.
    3 good things:
    1. It was a BEAUTIFUL warmer day today – sunshine all day!
    2. I was invited to be the photographer for our local farmer’s market this season. I’m thrilled – lots of great folks, beautiful flowers, fruits and veggies as my subjects – fun!
    3. Enjoyed Mardi Gras videos and pictures of my friend David the MaskMaker. Made a point to tell him how much he inspires me and how much I appreciate him.
    You inspire me too Melanie!

  2. So good, all the good things! Martin, feel free to post here as long as you like. When I read about your good things, I feel the joy of those good things. In essence, they become my good things. The other day when you posted about recognizing and relishing the shared history with your sweet wife, it inspired me to reflect on my shared history with David. So I appreciate your sharing them.

I also checked out our maskmaker friend’s (David Knezz),Mardi Gras pictures on Facebook. And, for those who aren’t connected on FB, you can check out David’s masks at http://www.mask-maker.com. You will see why we think he’s an extraordinary and gifted artist.

For those of you how have not seen his work, you are in for a treat!

  4. Thanks for catching the typo about David’s site! I’ll fix that right away!
