A great exercise to be caught, stop and ask "REALLY?" And what if I don't. Will it be okay? (with who?) AND can I forgive myself? There's the "I shoulds", and then there's the "they shoulds" and "you shoulds" - no judgement there huh? What a multi-layered topic - no? Can't wait for "should vs. want".
