Metta Meditation -  In this free 10 minute recording, I lead you through a metta meditation.  Metta is the meditation practice of offering well wishes and loving kindness to yourself and others.  I hope you enjoy the recording.

Desiderata – In this recording, you will hear me reading the timeless beauty, “The Desiderata.”  It was written by Max Ehrmann in the 1920s.  The recording is less than 5 minutes and many people find it a beneficial and uplifting way to start the day.

Vipassana Meditation – In this recording, I lead you through a 30 minute meditation using a variation on the Vipassana technique of mindfulness.

    I am deeply, deeply committed to peace, not only within myself but within the world. This meditation grounded me for this day to remain steady and unshaken. Melanie has such a soothing voice and a peaceful energy that comes through. I feel it here in Michigan. Thank you.
