This retreat is designed with you in mind — your needs, your preferences.  Isn’t it about time someone paid attention to your needs?

After a conversation designed to discover where you are in life and what will help you get back to feeling balanced, centered and re-connected with yourself, I design a retreat schedule and plan.  We will discuss the plan and make any changes we need.

A Personal Wellness Retreat typically includes private instruction in meditation, stretching, and energy routines that will help you learn to stay in balance.  If you have not experienced PEAT work with me, we will have at least one PEAT session together with the goal of integrating your primordial polarities, your “primes.”

Your “primes” define your fundamental and what sometimes feels like compulsive reactions in life, they are like our own personal yin-yang.  The tension we feel when they are not integrated informs our personal belief systems and keeps us trapped in familiar and often unsatisfying patterns of being.  For many people, the integration of their “primes” feels like a transcendent experience.   Further, I find the integration of “primes” to be an essential component of being able to cultivate sustainable life balance.

In these retreats I allow plenty of time for helping you release the built up stress that robs you of personal joy and peace, along with teaching you tools to help you relieve the stress and tension of daily life.

Perhaps we will spend a little time strategizing about your career, or we’ll dive into releasing the emotional tensions that are draining your energy.  We will also look into designing goals that feel attainable and meaningful – goals that will support you in living more fully into your Essence. If goals are an important aspect of what you want to attain, we will also begin clearing away the debris that’s between you and your goals while helping you integrate aspects of the human experience that empower the achievement of goals.

Each retreat is designed to serve you where you are at this time in your life and sets you up with a plan to create more sustainable personal peace in your daily life.

Your private personal wellness retreat also includes 3 months of follow up coaching. As a bonus, you will also receive digital access to the full Reclaim Your Life audio series along with my personal support as you move your way through the series.

Your retreat typically begins with a phone or in person assessment with me. After the assessment, I design a retreat. Then we will meet, typically on a Friday afternoon and departing on Sunday afternoon.  Together we will decide about the best location for your retreat.
