For many people, much of life is spent lost in the illusion of separation – maya, the illusion that we are separate from one another and separate from Spirit, from Source.  We bounce around in this world of duality until we are spent.  There is an alternative.

For those rare few who see there’s something more and yearn to become established in a steady state of Knowing, of Gnosis, private spiritual retreats can support you in shifting identification from the limitations of the ego to the Essence of the Self.  For most of us this shift is not permanent, but the glimpses you experience on a private spiritual retreat are enough to change your life forever and ground you in practices and processes that help you attune to the greater Truth.

As with other private retreats, you are most welcome to invite a partner or friend to join you.  Following an assessment conversation, I design a retreat plan that will support you in creating the opportunity for the experiences you are craving.

In addition to private yoga and meditation instruction, your retreat might include:

• Integration of Prime Polarities – If you have not already integrated your “primes,” this will be a part of your retreat.  For the integration of primes is on par, for many people, with the most profound and lasting spiritual experience.  For when you have integrated, primes, you begin to no longer be driven by the pair of opposites that tend to entangle you in life’s illusion.
• Transcendence – in a Transcendence session you will experience the truth of Carl Jung’s statement, “Symbol is the psychological machine which transforms energy.”  We visit your life through the lens of various symbols – ending the trance of traumatic and other experiences so that you transform the screenplay of your life into a play of accelerated spiritual evolution.
• Rediscover Mindful Awareness through the Unification of Time – Through this subtle, yet profound process, you discover how to really “Be Here Now,” for you have the felt experience that NOW is all there is.
• Gnostic Intensive – as with many of the processes I employ, this experience stems from the brilliant work of Zivorad M. Slavinski.  It grants the participant a direct experience of Truth beyond illusion as you begin the process of dis-identification from the ego.  Ultimately, you rest in a direct experience of Truth.
• Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression – These sessions can give you a broader perspective from which to experience your life.  Based on the work of Michael Newton, Ph.D., this experience utilizes a state of deep hypnosis to access memories that enable a connection to memories held by the soul.  A session like this can reveal patterns and soul intentions that influence your current life.

Instruction in techniques to help you sustain your state once the retreat is over.

Your retreat typically begins with a phone or in person assessment with me.  After the assessment, I design a retreat.  We typically meet on Friday evening and ends on Sunday noon and includes one month of follow-up coaching.  Together we will decide about the best location for your retreat.
